About the role

  • Project Manager leading the implementation of Salesforce CRM in the company. Responsible for managing project scope, stakeholder communications, and delivering value aligned with corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to map needs and prioritize CRM features;
  • Plan and structure the Salesforce CRM project, including scope definition, implementer selection, implementation roadmap, and success criteria;
  • Map business processes, identify gaps, and propose value-driven improvements;
  • Detail user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional flows;
  • Ensure prioritization based on impact and track success metrics;
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, review, refinement) and act as the link between business, IT, and vendors;
  • Monitor deliveries, risks, and value generated, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in digital projects;
  • Solid knowledge of business process mapping;
  • Experience in CRM projects (Salesforce preferred);
  • Strong communication, strategic vision, and negotiation skills;
  • Availability for occasional in-office visits.
  • Previous experience in management consulting;
  • Certifications or complementary courses in Product Management, Scrum, or Agile;
  • Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN);
  • Experience in digital transformation projects.
