Responsibilities
Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to map needs and prioritize CRM features;
Plan and structure the Salesforce CRM project, including scope definition, implementer selection, implementation roadmap, and success criteria;
Map business processes, identify gaps, and propose value-driven improvements;
Detail user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional flows;
Ensure prioritization based on impact and track success metrics;
Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, review, refinement) and act as the link between business, IT, and vendors;
Monitor deliveries, risks, and value generated, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in digital projects;
Solid knowledge of business process mapping;
Experience in CRM projects (Salesforce preferred);
Strong communication, strategic vision, and negotiation skills;
Availability for occasional in-office visits.
Previous experience in management consulting;
Certifications or complementary courses in Product Management, Scrum, or Agile;
