Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership track record: You bring extensive experience leading B2B sales teams to success.
  • Coaching and development DNA: You view leadership primarily as a service to your team.
  • Methodological discipline: You are experienced in applying sales methodologies (such as MEDDPICC, SPIN, and /or Challenger).
  • Analytical and operational mindset: You are comfortable with data and have mastery of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Native-level German and professional fluency in English.
