About the role

  • Portfolio Analyst managing the NMC’s portfolio of projects and programmes. Providing insights to support governance and enhancing project execution within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • As Portfolio Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and reporting on the NMC’s portfolio of projects and programmes.
  • Providing management information to the NMC’s Portfolio Board.
  • Fulfilling the purpose of ensuring that projects and programmes are executed and governed effectively.
  • Maintaining the single source of truth of the portfolio and providing valuable insights and intelligence to support business planning.

Requirements

  • Developing reports/dashboards/presentations that communicate with impact and are tailored to the audience.
  • Understanding a project, programme or PMO environment.
  • Attention to detail, taking pride in delivering a high standard of work and seeking to continuously improve ways of working.
  • Effective prioritisation and time management.
  • Building strong and effective working relationships with stakeholders.
