About the role
- Compensation Analyst optimizing compensation for Uline's North American locations through data-driven insights. Collaborating with HR to develop comprehensive compensation packages and maintain strong relationships.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth compensation analysis for our North American locations to provide recommendations to HR and business leadership.
- Process compensation requests including job evaluations, salary recommendations, salary surveys and the annual compensation cycle.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR business partners, Recruiters and business managers.
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize compensation processes using HR systems like Workday.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
- 2+ years of Compensation / Analyst experience required.
- PHR or CCP certification a plus.
- Experience in Salary.com CompAnalyst tool and Workday or similar HCM system a plus.
