Responsibilities
Design and execute an enterprise talent development strategy aligned with organizational goals and the Inclusion & Opportunity vision
Lead efforts to assess, build, and sustain leadership and professional capabilities across all levels
Partner with senior executives to identify critical roles, future skills, and succession needs
Integrate inclusive leadership principles into all development offerings to ensure expected outcomes
Oversee the creation and implementation of scalable learning solutions, including leadership development programs, mentorship models, learning pathways, and on-demand resources
Enhance the organization’s learning ecosystem through innovative modalities (digital, experiential, peer-led, and coaching)
Measure program effectiveness through evaluation frameworks, analytics, and business impact metrics
Collaborate with HR business partners, business leaders, and functional stakeholders to embed development solutions into talent and performance processes
Manage vendor relationships and oversee program budgets, ensuring high quality and cost-effective delivery
Champion a growth mindset culture that empowers employees to learn, stretch, and lead
Partner with the Inclusion & Opportunity team to design interventions that support psychological safety, belonging, and advancement
Serve as a thought leader and advisor to senior leaders on learning, leadership, and organizational effectiveness
Requirements
10+ years of progressive experience in learning, talent development, organizational development, or related HR functions
5+ years of leadership experience managing teams or large-scale development initiatives
Deep understanding of adult learning theory, leadership development, and organizational behavior
Demonstrated success designing and implementing enterprise learning or talent frameworks
Strong collaboration, communication, and change management skills
Experience integrating inclusive leadership principles into learning and development programs
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, or related field preferred
Certification(s) in coaching, instructional design, or leadership development a plus
