About the role

  • Human Resources Intern supporting HR Business Partner team initiatives and employee engagement. Gaining hands-on experience in strategic HR functions over an 11-week summer internship program.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all internship activities and events scheduled during normal business hours
  • Assist with research, planning, and implementation of strategic corporate initiatives related to HRBP efforts
  • Support the development and implementation of new resources and trainings with members of the team
  • Contribute innovative ideas and share best practices relevant to HR
  • Assist in performance management, talent development and employee relations processes

Requirements

  • Requires High School Diploma
  • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication to effectively communicate with employees of all levels
  • Superior interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills as well as excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and to navigate relationships and time constrains effectively
  • Strong orientation to technology and excellent PC skills. (MS Office)
  • Self-directed and motivated
