About the role

  • HR Advisor ensuring compliance with HR and Employment Law documentation for clients. Travelling across the UK to audit and provide support to client companies.

Responsibilities

  • Travelling within the UK to carry out annual audits of clients HR procedures and management systems
  • Occasional extensive travel which may include overnight stays
  • Compiling of formal policies and procedures for distribution to clients
  • Compiling Statements of Main Terms & Conditions of Employment and Employee Handbooks for clients
  • Assistance with the preparation of letters / other documentation for disciplinary, grievances etc. as required by the client or company
  • To provide all clients with the most up to date and accurate advice on a range of HR / Employment Law topics
  • Carrying out formal meetings on the client's behalf such as disciplinary investigations, appeals etc.
  • Liaising with solicitors / ACAS on behalf of the client

Requirements

  • 2 years HR experience
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification preferably
  • Member of the CIPD
  • Full driving license required to allow travel throughout the UK as and when required
