HR Advisor ensuring compliance with HR and Employment Law documentation for clients. Travelling across the UK to audit and provide support to client companies.
Responsibilities
Travelling within the UK to carry out annual audits of clients HR procedures and management systems
Occasional extensive travel which may include overnight stays
Compiling of formal policies and procedures for distribution to clients
Compiling Statements of Main Terms & Conditions of Employment and Employee Handbooks for clients
Assistance with the preparation of letters / other documentation for disciplinary, grievances etc. as required by the client or company
To provide all clients with the most up to date and accurate advice on a range of HR / Employment Law topics
Carrying out formal meetings on the client's behalf such as disciplinary investigations, appeals etc.
Liaising with solicitors / ACAS on behalf of the client
Requirements
2 years HR experience
CIPD Level 5 qualification preferably
Member of the CIPD
Full driving license required to allow travel throughout the UK as and when required
