Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support and services to managers and staff at the ICRC Headquarters
  • Ensure end-to-end HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle
  • Guarantee consistency and compliance with internal policies
  • Oversee and assist in the recruitment process
  • Support leaders in fostering a culture of inclusion
  • Promote employee engagement and wellbeing
  • Handle sensitive HR matters with discretion

Requirements

  • University degree (HR specialization preferred)
  • 8-10 years of overall professional experience
  • At least 4 years in HR roles
  • Comprehensive understanding of ICRC HR practices
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law
  • HR administration, compensation and benefits, performance management
  • Experience in managing HR operations in complex environments
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
