About the role

  • Manager overseeing NiSource's Records & Information Governance Program, ensuring compliance and managing enterprise information processes. Collaborating with IT and Security on digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the management of NiSource's Records & Information Management Program
  • Direct strategy, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise programs
  • Collaborate with key business units including IT, Cyber Security and Data Governance
  • Design and deliver awareness campaigns and training programs for employees
  • Manage vendor relationships for records storage and e-Discovery services
  • Evaluate compliance and drive lessons learned to increase performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business, legal, or related fields
  • At least 7 years of experience in one or more of the following: management, supervisory, and/or business experience
  • Proficient with office technologies including Microsoft 365, content and legal hold management systems
  • Willingness to travel as needed, including periodic overnight stay and overtime
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
