Responsibilities
Build relationships and collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals
Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from kickoff to offer negotiation
Partner with talent acquisition team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
Source active and passive candidates from various sources
Build proactive talent pipelines to support future departmental hiring needs
Recruit for multiple teams and diverse locations, remote and onsite across the US
Schedule and conduct interviews to qualify prospective candidates
Negotiate offers and close candidates in accordance with hiring goals and budget
Requirements
3-7 years of experience with full lifecycle recruiting for top talent
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Combination of corporate and agency recruiting experience preferred
Experience recruiting for a wide range of roles including Marketing, Sales, G&A, Finance, Operations, and Professional Services
Experience with Jobvite or similar applicant tracking system preferred
Superior communication skills
