About the role

  • Corporate Recruiter at NinjaOne identifying and attracting talent for Go To Market teams. Managing full cycle recruitment processes to support business growth in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from kickoff to offer negotiation
  • Partner with talent acquisition team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
  • Source active and passive candidates from various sources
  • Build proactive talent pipelines to support future departmental hiring needs
  • Recruit for multiple teams and diverse locations, remote and onsite across the US
  • Schedule and conduct interviews to qualify prospective candidates
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates in accordance with hiring goals and budget

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience with full lifecycle recruiting for top talent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Combination of corporate and agency recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience recruiting for a wide range of roles including Marketing, Sales, G&A, Finance, Operations, and Professional Services
  • Experience with Jobvite or similar applicant tracking system preferred
  • Superior communication skills
