About the role

  • Sales Manager developing Nickel's partner network in Berlin/Brandenburg. Engaging potential partners in the retail sector and building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Approach potential sales partners such as lottery shops, kiosks, and petrol stations directly and acquire them as our new partners
  • Onboard and activate our customer base so they can successfully get started with our products
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships and independently manage your partner network
  • Keep your sales territory active through targeted campaigns and continuous support
  • Document your activities in the CRM system (Salesforce) and keep track of your results

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B field sales, preferably with customers in the retail or convenience store sectors
  • Experience with cold calling is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Winning mentality: eager to learn quickly, drive initiatives forward, and go the extra mile for yourself and your team
  • Proactive, service-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction and delivering added value
  • Flexible and willing to travel; valid Class B driving license
  • Excellent written and verbal German skills; English and additional languages are an advantage
