About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a growing sales team
  • Manage pre-sales and sales activities and implement clear goals, KPIs, and standards
  • Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and development plans
  • Coordinate funnel, forecasting, KPI tracking, and analysis of opportunities
  • Work closely with marketing, partner management, and other teams
  • Responsible for projects such as rolling out new tools and improving playbooks

Requirements

  • Completed degree (Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or similar) or equivalent sales/management training
  • Extensive experience in sales (B2B/B2C) and proven success in building and leading sales teams (min. 2–3 years of leadership experience, ideally leading teams of >5 people)
  • Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office, and digital tools
  • Experience in data-driven sales and marketing is an advantage
  • Excellent German skills; English is a plus
