About the role

  • Hospital Key Account Executive developing strategic account plans for healthcare systems and hospitals to drive revenue growth. Collaborating with internal teams and key stakeholders to offer tailored solutions and improve patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes strategic account plans for assigned hospital and healthcare system accounts
  • Cultivates strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Meets and exceeds sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell LabCorp's testing services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions
  • Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration/ Management, or Finance/Accounting
  • 3 years or more of experience in healthcare sales, account management, or business development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.com
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract management and pricing strategies
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed
