Close collaboration with the team to support prospects as effectively as possible
Requirements
At least 1 year of professional experience in telephone acquisition or comparable customer communication
Confident, professional and empathetic telephone manner
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Experience using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
High level of initiative, quick grasp of new topics and enjoyment in working independently
Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style — also in a remote environment
