About the role

Responsibilities

  • Telephone outreach to interested landowners (primarily warm calling)
  • Conducting initial conversations and qualifying leads
  • Preparing, sending and following up on proposals (follow-up)
  • Documenting and maintaining customer data in the CRM system
  • Scheduling and following up on subsequent appointments for our team
  • Close collaboration with the team to support prospects as effectively as possible

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in telephone acquisition or comparable customer communication
  • Confident, professional and empathetic telephone manner
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
  • High level of initiative, quick grasp of new topics and enjoyment in working independently
  • Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style — also in a remote environment
