About the role

  • Senior Account Manager managing client accounts with a people-first approach at NFP, an Aon company. Collaborating with Advisors and maintaining relationships with clients and carriers while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for working with Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives to place new business and service some client accounts
  • Support day-to-day account management for a specific set of clients
  • Prepare materials for presentations and communications
  • Maintain relationships with clients and carrier contacts
  • Manage the renewal and marketing process from start to finish
  • Communicates directly with clients and carriers in collaboration with Account Executives and Advisors
  • Create and maintain client files in accordance with office procedures

Requirements

  • 3 years of Personal Lines service and sales experience
  • Florida market experience highly preferred
  • P&C License upon hire
  • Spanish bilingual preferred
  • Experience working with personal lines insurance carriers required
  • Experience with EPIC preferred or similar client management system required
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Knowledge of all areas of Personal Insurance/Personal Risk coverage required
  • Ability to maintain a private workspace when working from home
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
