  • Account Manager focusing on customer relationships and sales opportunities at LSEG. Drive retention and revenue across a set of accounts with low-medium strategic complexity.

Responsibilities

  • Develops deep customer knowledge and relationships to drive client retention and new sales opportunities across a set of accounts
  • Is a key relationship owner for low-medium complexity/priority accounts
  • Maintains and increases revenue from existing accounts
  • Develops and implements go-to-market plans for assigned accounts
  • Completes all Account Plans and ensures they are in use by all team members
  • Drafts annual price increase process and ensures effective price realization across all products and services
  • Ensures strong renewal execution, minimizing cancellations

Requirements

  • Significant product & workflow expertise and advanced industry knowledge
  • Professional certifications recommended.
  • Strong sales background
