About the role

  • Global Account Manager leading corporate travel initiatives for multiple regions. Building client relationships and managing travel program standardization for global accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage global account(s) operating in multiple POS
  • Act as the client’s lead Global Account Manager
  • Collaborate with local account manager to aggregate and deliver data from all POS
  • Identify and support global process and offerings in other Egencia markets
  • Deliver regular Business Reviews to clients
  • Provide analysis and deliver recommendations to drive program adoption

Requirements

  • Experience building client relationships in a commercial B2B account / portfolio management environment
  • Preferably come from a travel, technology, or SaaS background
  • Strong working knowledge of the Americas including Latin America, EMEA & APAC regions, culture, and business protocol
  • Ability to build relationships through mutual trust, respect and understanding
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated strengths managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional negotiating and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
