About the role

  • Account Manager role at NFP, managing client relationships and servicing accounts in Commercial Insurance. Collaborating with advisors and executives to deliver tailored insurance solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives to service client accounts
  • Manage renewal and marketing process
  • Prepare materials for presentations and communications
  • Develop relationships with clients and carrier contacts
  • Support the Account Management Team as assigned

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of industry and Commercial Lines Insurance servicing preferred
  • Recent experience at a retail insurance brokerage or independent insurance agency required
  • BA/BS preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Property & Casualty Broker's License required upon hire
  • Experience with EPIC or related agency management system
  • Excellent written communication skills
