About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results to forecasts and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy in reporting
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial models and tools
- Support senior management with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and economic developments
Requirements
- AS/AA or 2 yr Tech School in Finance, Accounting Economics or related field or HS/GED w/ 10 years or military experience E4 and up
- Minimum 3 years' experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot table, macros, formula)
- Experience with financial software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Active Secret clearance
- Be able to obtain TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (desired)
