About the role

  • Personal Assistant supporting multiple Partners and Directors in delivering challenging projects. Managing schedules, meetings, and administrative tasks to ensure effective support.

Responsibilities

  • Support multiple Partners and Directors in delivering challenging projects.
  • Manage and maintain multiple diaries.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings/events of varying sizes.
  • Coordinate and book complex travel and accommodation requirements.
  • Provide ad-hoc project team support on location and events.
  • Manage databases and filing systems.
  • Drive and share best practices in supporting senior people across the business.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in a Personal / Executive Assistant role supporting multiple people.
  • Experience of diary management, coordinating/booking and managing high volumes of activities in particular, travel and accommodation.
  • Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Methodical coordination skills and logical thinking.
  • Exceptional organisational skills: ability to multi-task and organise others.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience working within a high-paced environment where you can remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A pleasure to work with – “can do – will do” and proactive attitude.
  • Discretion and confidentiality guaranteed.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Capability to filter information and assess priorities.
