Responsibilities
Maintenance, further development and smooth operation of the ERP system (Conaktiv)
Troubleshooting and resolving colleagues' IT issues via the Jira ticketing system (1st Level Support)
Designing and optimising IT processes, e.g. by automating workflows and developing small scripts
Responsibility for hardware procurement as well as installation and setup of workstations
Strengthening the 2nd-Level team and advancing the IT infrastructure (network, firewalls, virtualisation cluster)
Ensuring compliance with IT policies, maintaining IT documentation and preparing/implementing ISO27001 certification
Requirements
Degree in a technical field, technician training, or an equivalent qualification
At least 2 years of professional experience in IT administration
Confident handling of Microsoft Active Directory, Hyper-V and Microsoft Office 365
Experience with Windows and Linux server operating systems
Proficient in scripting and web languages such as PHP, HTML, PowerShell or CSS
Analytical thinking, willingness to learn and a solution-oriented approach
Very good German language skills (C1 level) and good written and spoken English
