About the role

  • IT-Administrator managing 1st & 2nd Level Support for safety-critical systems within diverse industries. Contributing to the IT infrastructure and processes while supporting colleagues in daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance, further development and smooth operation of the ERP system (Conaktiv)
  • Troubleshooting and resolving colleagues' IT issues via the Jira ticketing system (1st Level Support)
  • Designing and optimising IT processes, e.g. by automating workflows and developing small scripts
  • Responsibility for hardware procurement as well as installation and setup of workstations
  • Strengthening the 2nd-Level team and advancing the IT infrastructure (network, firewalls, virtualisation cluster)
  • Ensuring compliance with IT policies, maintaining IT documentation and preparing/implementing ISO27001 certification

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical field, technician training, or an equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in IT administration
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Active Directory, Hyper-V and Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience with Windows and Linux server operating systems
  • Proficient in scripting and web languages such as PHP, HTML, PowerShell or CSS
  • Analytical thinking, willingness to learn and a solution-oriented approach
  • Very good German language skills (C1 level) and good written and spoken English
