Responsibilities
Provides essential operational and administrative support across the full product lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless coordination between product, vendors, commercial, and cross‑functional teams.
Supports both domestic and speed‑to‑market processes, manages key product data and approvals, and plays a critical role in sample management and system maintenance.
Enables timely product delivery and market readiness through strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
Experience in Product Coordination, Merchandising/Buying Admin, Production, or Operations within consumer products (e.g., apparel, hard goods, accessories, sporting goods).
Data accuracy, stakeholder coordination, vendor comms, sample logistics, and system/process discipline.
Excel/Sheets (intermediate), PLM/PIM, OMS/ERP (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), shared drives, task trackers (Asana/Jira/Trello), and DAM/photo libraries.
Experience maintaining line plans or product range sheets, entering pricing/UPC/SKU attributes.
Understanding of print techniques (screen, DTG, heat transfer) and file formats (AI, EPS, PDF).
Experience emailing/coordinating with overseas vendors; clear written comms; tracking actions/ETAs.
Understanding of lead times and critical path.
Familiarity with brand/licensor or internal stakeholder approval gates.
Event support (range reviews, sell-in meetings).
Proactive chasing cadence with vendors/partners; clear SLAs and escalation.
Risk logs for late samples and mitigation (subs/re-shoots).
