About the role

Responsibilities

  • You identify and develop new sales opportunities across new and existing marketing channels such as search engine advertising (SEA), paid social media advertising (LinkedIn & Facebook/Instagram), and display marketing.
  • You plan and manage the digital marketing budget and expenditures, allocating budgets across channels to achieve a high ROI and efficient CAC.
  • You design and implement automated campaigns along the customer journey (awareness, lead nurturing, retargeting, etc.) and own the associated workflows.
  • You make LinkedIn our most effective marketing channel.
  • You define and develop metrics for a marketing KPI dashboard and optimize our tracking to continuously improve processes and campaigns.

Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid social.
  • You can demonstrate proven success in driving growth through paid channels, primarily in a B2B environment.
  • You are data-driven and analytical with a strong understanding of B2B marketing KPIs and the sales funnel.
  • Ideally, you have initial experience with (embedded) software in the area of safety and security.
  • You have very good German language skills; good English skills round out your profile.
