About the role

  • Team Lead working in Emerging Risk Unit of an insurance company, focusing on managing client relationships and operational excellence in evolving insurance structures. Leading strategy and guiding innovation through technology and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Own the ERU vision and resource strategy.
  • Elevate operational excellence by architecting and enforcing best-in-class workflows and deliverables.
  • Serve as ERU’s authority on emerging-risk trends, markets, and solutions.
  • Independently manage client relationships and accounts up to $1MM in volume revenue.
  • Develop, analyze, and implement competitive insurance programs, providing various alternatives for client consideration.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience is required.
  • Emerging-Risk domain expertise – familiarity with fast-evolving sectors (AI/ML, FinTech, Digital Health, Hardware/Chips, Gig Economy, etc.) and the unique insurance structures they require.
  • Resident Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.
