Responsibilities
Achieve market share objectives in volume and value across all customers in your territory
Negotiate and ensure the implementation of promotional placements and displays for our SKUs in support of our brochures/flyers, using all available resources
Optimize the presence and visibility of our products in all points of sale, in accordance with applicable agreements
Promote and enforce the general terms of sale and the company’s commercial policy
Optimize resources allocated at territory, regional and national levels (promotions, budgets, cooperation agreements/contracts)
Report activity results, customer insights and competitive information to the Regional Manager in accordance with established procedures.
Requirements
Master’s-level degree or equivalent (Bac+4/5) in a business/commercial field, ideally with some experience in field sales, head office and/or marketing
Curious — you are attracted to new challenges and to learning what you don’t yet know
A strong desire to learn; motivated by meeting new people and building relationships
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
Proficient in sales techniques and familiar with field sales methods and tools
Autonomous, responsible and strong in negotiation
Valid driving license (Category B)
