Responsibilities
You accompany your customers through the entire sales process – from initial contact, product pitch and proposal preparation to closing and long-term account management.
You handle incoming customer inquiries in a structured way and turn them into successful projects through sound consulting.
You independently generate new leads, develop targeted outbound strategies and continuously expand your customer base.
You build a stable sales pipeline and increase your close rate through consistent follow-up and targeted learnings.
You develop sustainable relationships and position yourself as a reliable contact throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
You identify improvement opportunities and contribute your own ideas to further develop our sales processes.
Requirements
Your field of study is not decisive — what matters is your motivation and passion for sales!
You already have some experience in phone-based B2B sales or active new customer acquisition.
Ideally, you have initial exposure to CRM systems, adapt quickly to new tools and acquire product knowledge in a structured and fast manner.
You impress in customer contact through clear communication, active listening and confident presence — including on the phone.
You work in a self-organized way, stay focused when handling multiple inquiries and keep track of your sales pipeline.
You have very good German language skills (spoken and written) and good English skills.
