About the role

  • Human Resources Analyst responsible for managing training and development programs at Nestlé Business Services. Supporting employees and leaders in their professional growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the NBS – Nestlé Business Services LATAM Language Program, covering all areas under your responsibility, such as creating language learning materials, conducting language level assessments, providing coaching, and monitoring the development of employees' language skills.
  • Coordinate pre-boarding, onboarding, and post-boarding processes, and deliver training on Nestlé Culture and IBS.
  • Monitor the progress of mandatory trainings in partnership with IBS and NiM Brazil and Plata, and implement engagement initiatives.
  • Provide support to NBS LATAM HRBPs in Training and Development processes.
  • Actively participate in the employee performance and development cycle.

Requirements

  • Advanced English and Spanish - required
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed - preferred
  • Good communication, organizational skills, and proactivity
  • Continuous improvement mindset - desirable
  • Previous experience in Training & Development or as an HRBP - desirable
