About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and effectively identify their needs to offer tailored solutions

Requirements

  • One to two years of customer-facing experience (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel...)
  • German language skills at C1 or C2 level required
  • Good English skills (B1/B2) - required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
