obsługa klientów z Czech i Słowacji poprzez e-mail i telefon

tworzenie i weryfikacja dokumentów sprzedażowych (proces Order to Cash)
praca z systemami SAP, CRM, MS Office, Genesys
aktywne budowanie relacji z klientami i dbanie o wysoką jakość obsługi.
Requirements
posługujesz się biegle językiem czeskim w mowie i piśmie oraz znasz język angielski na poziomie podstawowym
potrafisz skutecznie komunikować się z innymi
umiesz dobrze priorytetyzować zadania
masz doświadczenie w obszarze Customer Service (dodatkowy atut)
znasz język słowacki (dodatkowy atut)
posiadasz znajomość SAP oraz Excela (dodatkowy atut).
