About the role
- Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with 8+ years of experience in finance and controlling. Leading the implementation of S/4HANA and configuring core FICO modules in Bangalore, India.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations
- Configure and support core FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, COPA, Product Costing
- Conduct workshops with business users to capture functional requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
- Prepare test scripts, conduct SIT/UAT, and ensure proper documentation for functional areas
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users
- Work with business leaders, finance controllers, and IT teams to ensure solution alignment
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO
- At least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Strong hands-on configuration knowledge in: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Controlling (CCA, PCA, IO, COPA), Product Costing & Material Ledger
- Excellent understanding of S/4HANA table structures, Fiori apps, data migration (LTMC/LSMW), and financial closing processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and lead junior consultants
- Strong documentation and presentation abilities
