About the role
- SAP Functional Analyst supporting users on SAP modules and conducting process improvements for a Brazilian mobility solutions company.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional support to users of SAP modules (N2/N3 level), analyzing and resolving incidents and operational queries
- Gather requirements from business areas, understanding processes and needs
- Propose and lead process improvements and system enhancements in SAP S/4HANA
- Prepare functional specifications for ABAP development and integrations
- Collaborate with the technical team to monitor developments, testing, and fixes
- Conduct functional testing (unit and integrated) and support users during acceptance testing
- Configure and parameterize the system (customizing) according to approved requests
- Support rollouts, upgrades, continuous improvement projects, and deployment of new S/4HANA features
- Ensure processes comply with internal policies, controls, and governance best practices
- Create and maintain functional and process documentation (flows, manuals, procedures)
- Assist with user training and enablement when required
Requirements
- Experience as an SAP Functional Analyst in an S/4HANA environment
- Strong knowledge of the following modules: MM, SD, FI, EWM
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional specification, and testing
- Background in continuous improvement projects and post-go-live support
- Basic understanding of integrations between SAP modules and external systems
