About the role
- SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant responsible for customizing and implementing SAP Payroll solutions for clients in Germany. Ensuring project success and client satisfaction through collaboration and effective management.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process
- Ensure technical activities align with best practices and client requirements
- Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards
- Conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications
- Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Support other project members when required
- Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and SAP HR architecture
- Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application
- 3+ successful HCM Implementations
- In-depth knowledge of German payroll configuration
- Strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations/configurations
- Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success
- Discretion in handling sensitive information
- Fluent in English. German is a strong plus.
