About the role

  • Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann for specialized ambulatory palliative care. Responsibilities include patient care planning, symptom treatment, and collaboration with medical professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and organization of patient care within the interdisciplinary team
  • Symptom management in close collaboration with our physicians
  • Routine home visits and crisis intervention
  • Counseling and instruction for patients and their relatives
  • Collaboration with our cooperation and network partners
  • Participation in on-call duty (5x/month, including 1 weekend per month)

Requirements

  • Completed training as a Registered Nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in / Pflegefachfrau‑/Pflegefachmann)
  • Further training in palliative care is an advantage or willingness to complete such training
  • Empathetic and respectful interaction with patients and their relatives
  • Team and communication skills, organizational talent and the ability to work independently
  • Driver’s license (Class B)
