Responsibilities

• You analyze, design and document customer service processes in SAP S/4HANA Service
• You gather requirements and produce functional specifications
• You configure and develop SAP S/4HANA Service (including service/CS order types, partner determination, and pricing)
• You perform testing and support project teams during rollouts
• You work closely with adjacent processes such as Order-to-Cash (SD), Source-to-Pay (MM), and Acquire-to-Decommission (EAM)
• You support technical topics such as code analysis and basic ABAP debugging
• You advise business units on process optimizations and best practices

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or a related field (or equivalent)
• 2–3 years of experience configuring SAP S/4HANA Service Management or alternatively SAP Customer Service
• Strong experience with customer service processes and proven skills in requirements analysis
• Knowledge of adjacent SAP processes such as Order-to-Cash (SD), Source-to-Pay (MM), and Acquire-to-Decommission (EAM) is a plus
• Hands-on experience reading ABAP code and performing basic debugging tasks
• Proficient in process documentation and creating clear, traceable specifications
• Open, collaborative personality with a fast learning ability
• Fluent in German and English and willing to travel
