About the role

  • SAP SuccessFactors Consultant executing client projects for HR processes at HR Com GmbH. Involvement in full project cycles from implementation to support in a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and supporting various client projects in the area of SAP® SuccessFactors
  • Analyzing and implementing customer-specific requirements in SuccessFactors
  • Conducting workshops and end-user training for a wide range of clients
  • Managing projects from initial implementation through post Go-Live support
  • Working in a highly motivated team with passion, professional expertise, and a sense of humor

Requirements

  • Practical experience in the use and consulting of SAP® SuccessFactors
  • Current certification in at least one SuccessFactors module
  • Solid expertise in HR processes and methodologies
  • Ideally, experience in project management
  • Customer-focused attitude, process-oriented thinking, and strong communication skills
  • Very good German language skills (minimum B2)
