About the role

  • Customer Service Consultant providing level 1 support for Neogrid clients. Ensuring excellence in service and client satisfaction through problem-solving and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide level 1 customer support, ensuring excellent service and a focus on user satisfaction
  • Handle support via tickets, chat, and phone using the company's internal tools
  • Ensure SLA targets, response times, and CSAT goals are met
  • Analyze errors, logs, and application parameters to identify and assist in problem resolution
  • Collaborate with other teams when necessary to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Advanced/Intermediate English for communication with international customers and teams
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departments
  • Autonomy and proactivity
  • Ability to work in a team and proactively solve problems
  • Previous customer support experience in technology or SaaS companies
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain (supply chain) is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL is a plus
