Responsibilities
Provide level 1 customer support, ensuring excellent service and a focus on user satisfaction
Handle support via tickets, chat, and phone using the company's internal tools
Ensure SLA targets, response times, and CSAT goals are met
Analyze errors, logs, and application parameters to identify and assist in problem resolution
Collaborate with other teams when necessary to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Requirements
Advanced/Intermediate English for communication with international customers and teams
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with other departments
Autonomy and proactivity
Ability to work in a team and proactively solve problems
Previous customer support experience in technology or SaaS companies
Knowledge of Supply Chain (supply chain) is a plus
Knowledge of SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL is a plus
