Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting, identifying and qualifying potential customers in target markets
Use multichannel approaches (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, ABM, etc.) with structured, personalized cadences
Create and validate strategic lead lists based on ICPs and priority segments
Nurture leads with strategic, personalized follow-ups
Provide continuous feedback to marketing and product teams regarding objections, demands, and lead fit
Operate CRMs and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.)
Manage pipeline accurately by updating contacts, statuses, and notes in a disciplined manner
Create and adjust cadences, scripts, and templates focused on conversion
Requirements
Proven experience as a BDR
Consistent track record of meeting targets (SQLs, qualified meetings, pipeline generated)
Experience in multichannel outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in using HubSpot CRM
Ability to conduct discovery calls and understand customer pains and needs
Previous experience selling B2B products or services, especially SaaS
