Responsibilities
Ensure smooth product adoption and provide strategic guidance to maximize value from our ID Cloud solutions
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Conduct regular business reviews and customer health checks
Increase customer awareness and identify opportunities for growth
Deliver quarterly performance reports highlighting business value, usage, adoption and ROI
Drive alignment across decision-makers and collaborate with internal stakeholders
Requirements
4-6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation or similar client-facing roles, ideally in SaaS or retail tech
Strong business acumen and ability to develop customized approaches that align with customer needs
Proven ability to independently plan and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong customer-facing demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have strong presentation skills and be effective at engaging stakeholders
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and understanding of the retail industry
