About the role

  • Customer Success Manager at Nedap Retail driving product adoption and ensuring customer retention. Collaborating with global retail brands to deliver strategic insights and value from ID Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth product adoption and provide strategic guidance to maximize value from our ID Cloud solutions
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Conduct regular business reviews and customer health checks
  • Increase customer awareness and identify opportunities for growth
  • Deliver quarterly performance reports highlighting business value, usage, adoption and ROI
  • Drive alignment across decision-makers and collaborate with internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation or similar client-facing roles, ideally in SaaS or retail tech
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop customized approaches that align with customer needs
  • Proven ability to independently plan and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong customer-facing demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have strong presentation skills and be effective at engaging stakeholders
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and understanding of the retail industry
