About the role

  • Senior Account Executive driving growth and retention in mid-market restaurant tech solutions at NCR Voyix. Leading a team in strategic account management and expansion initiatives to enhance customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a book of business with full revenue and retention accountability
  • Build, lead, and develop a team of AEs and CSMs focused on strategic account growth
  • Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact — deeply understanding their goals, pain points, and tech stack
  • Drive account planning and expansion strategy for high-value customers
  • Create repeatable playbooks for upselling, renewals, and customer success
  • Translate customer insights into action across product, support, and marketing
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure every customer touchpoint delivers value
  • Roll up your sleeves and lead by example, this is a player-coach role
  • Take full ownership of outcomes and hold yourself and your team to a high standard

Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales, account management, or customer success; 2+ years leading teams
  • Deep knowledge of the restaurant or hospitality tech space
  • Proven track record of growing revenue within existing accounts and influencing across teams
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Operates with urgency, clarity, and adaptability in dynamic environments
  • Leads with curiosity, coach with empathy, and execute with precision
  • Experience managing a $10M+ book of business
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA or advanced degree a plus
