Responsibilities
Drive advanced business growth initiatives and foster strategic client relationships.
Focus on managing and growing client relationships and client acquisition processes in the Toronto and East Canada enterprise and mid-market grocers, drug, mass merchant and department and specialty retailer space.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine strategies to secure new business and expand market presence.
Oversee and mentor a support team to meet and exceed sales and business development goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and business development.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving business growth.
Expert negotiation skills and experience managing large accounts.
Proven experience in the SaaS and technology industries.
Extensive knowledge of retail Point of Sales ("POS") solutions and industry needs.
Ability to develop and execute innovative growth strategies.
Strong proficiency in using data analytics to guide strategy.
Experience in global market engagement and expansion.
Track record of exceeding performance and revenue targets.
Demonstrated ability to lead successful cross-functional initiatives.
