About the role

  • Associate Sales Representative working with Orthopaedics team in Vermont. Assisting in scheduling and supporting surgical cases in hospital accounts while driving sales revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting in the scheduling of operative cases and securing inventory for those cases
  • Observing and consulting the surgical team on Smith Nephew instrumentation and implants
  • Completing logistical requirements associated with operative cases
  • Building rapport with sales reps and leadership in the territory
  • Developing effective territory business plans to generate revenue and meet/exceed quota
  • Providing first-class technical support to ensure product availability meets customer and patient needs

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Prefers a minimum of (2) two years of professional sales experience
  • A valid driver’s license applicable to current residence to facilitate travel requirements of position
  • Must successfully complete the credentialing process and comply with the requirements of healthcare facilities
  • Ability to assimilate and learn a high level of technical information related to surgery and procedures.
