About the role

  • Auto Electrical Sales Representative working to grow trade relationships in Auckland while providing exceptional customer service. Support branch offerings and collaborate with the team for success in the automotive aftermarket.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to existing customers, growing relationships
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to build new business locally
  • Develop and maintain a structured call cycle across the territory
  • Identify opportunities to improve offerings and add value to customers’ businesses
  • Work with vendors to increase product knowledge and market share, especially in Auto Electrical
  • Support the branch’s service offering to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and/or account management, preferably with Auto Electrical knowledge
  • Proven success in meeting KPIs and targets
  • Strong customer service focus and clear communication skills, including technical discussions
  • Good time management and high work ethic
  • Eagerness to learn and stay updated on the latest product information.
