About the role

• Operations Manager overseeing livestock embryo production and transfer at Nbryo. Responsible for daily logistics, customer management, production planning, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Nbryo is seeking an experienced operations Manager to head up our Field team.
• The role is fast-paced and collaborative – responsible for managing a growing Field team’s day-to-day logistics through to customer management and operations planning.
• The role is responsible for the efficient and smooth operation of commercial and research activities.
• Production & Capacity Planning
• Developing and managing production capacity plans
• Collaborating with teams to optimise operations to quality standards
• Production Scheduling & Logistics
• Scheduling customer programs, internal research and field staff allocation
• Managing program logistics - genetic material cryo management (delivery and dispatch) and field staff travel
• Data Management & Reporting
• Overseeing accurate data collection and optimisation across Nbryo systems
• Ensuring timely customer reporting and invoicing
• Customer Relations
• Building and maintaining strong customer relations
• Coordinating program details and logistics with customers and research partners
• Actively contribute to positive customer relations and a safety-first workplace.
• Equipment Management
• Support procurement and commissioning of field equipment
• Coordinate servicing field equipment servicing.

Requirements

• Degree qualified with experience sufficient to fulfil the role.
• Assisted bovine reproduction and/or artificial breeding technologies
• Agriculture, Livestock Breeding & Production
• QMS implementation & management
• Logistics planning
• Program or project coordination
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances – problem solving
• Process change implementation
• Team collaborator/team leader

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, project management tools, and data analysis software.
