Responsibilities
Serve as a transformational leader, driving the modernization and integration of Navy Federal’s Human Resources data, systems, and analytics capabilities.
Provide strategic vision and thought leadership on how data, skills intelligence, AI, and technology enable the organization’s enterprise and human capital strategies.
Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives to strengthen HR’s digital ecosystem, enhance workforce insights, and elevate employee experience across the full talent lifecycle.

Requirements
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Proven experience leading enterprise-level HR technology and analytics transformation initiatives.
Deep expertise in HR systems, AI/ML applications, data management, and workforce analytics.
Demonstrated success leading through complexity and scale, developing teams, and driving enterprise adoption.
Strong business acumen, connecting HR technology outcomes to organizational strategy and measurable performance.
Executive presence and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
Desired Qualifications: Post-graduate degree in Business, Information Systems, or related discipline. Professional certifications such as PMP, SPHR, or equivalent HR technology credentials. Familiarity with Navy Federal’s functions, philosophy, and enterprise transformation roadmap. Experience deploying AI-enabled HR technologies or skills intelligence platforms at scale.
