About the role

  • Field Sales Rep engaging with individuals for qualitative research interviews. Ideal for those with customer-facing experience and seeking flexible hours.

Responsibilities

  • Visit people in their homes to carry out vital research interviews on important topics like health, housing, and transport
  • Guide conversations that capture real experiences of daily life in Britain
  • Work out in the community, knocking on doors  Some won't answer; others will say no—but when someone says yes and shares their story, you'll know you've helped create change that improves people's lives

Requirements

  • Valid UK driving licence and sole use of a car
  • Class 1 Business insurance
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Willingness to complete a DBS check
  • Reliable home broadband
  • Laptop or tablet with camera
  • Comfortable using basic technology
  • At least 18 hours available per week
  • Flexibility for weekdays, evenings and weekends
  • Strong verbal and written English
  • Good at talking to people
  • Friendly and professional
  • Resilient and confident
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Having good time management and prioritising skills
