About the role

  • Customer Engagement Consultant responsible for executing outbound campaigns and supporting business clients. Working in a fast-paced environment to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities and provide direct support to customers
  • Execute outbound contact campaigns through a variety of channels
  • Develop subject matter expertise on the Business Cards & Payments product suite
  • Utilize various forms of communication including email, phone and direct mail
  • Develop, manage and maintain relationships with field teams across Business Cards & Payments
  • Work independently and seek out feedback and data to reflect on and improve performance
  • Be compliant with all Capital One protocols and client activities
  • Maintain and update the CRM system

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or military experience
  • 1+ years of sales or client management experience
  • A strong interest in sales and desire to continue learning and growing in a sales based environment
  • Drive, focus, independent thinking, and the ability to work autonomously
  • Influential communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • A consultative mindset and the ability to adapt to an ever changing environment.
  • Real-time effective utilization of judgment and problem solving skills.
