About the role

  • Senior Account Executive supporting the delivery of refined digital work for luxury brands. Collaborating with teams to translate client needs into well-executed content and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong understanding of each client’s business, market, and objectives.
  • Support the development of trusted client relationships by managing day-to-day requests with efficiency and care.
  • Clarify client objectives by asking the right questions and preparing clear internal briefs.
  • Manage content workflows from briefing to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain monthly content calendars aligned with each brand’s tone of voice.
  • Support reporting and performance analysis, helping translate data into clear takeaways.
  • Assist in setting up and managing media buying campaigns with guidance from senior team members.
  • Proactively identify ways to improve daily processes and account workflows.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Social Media Specialist or Digital Marketer, or at least 3 years’ experience in the marketing industry.
  • A strong affinity for luxury brands and an understanding of premium brand expectations.
  • Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • A problem-solving attitude with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
  • Creative thinking paired with a results-oriented approach.
  • Basic media buying knowledge and a willingness to grow performance expertise.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
