About the role

  • Inside Sales Representative responsible for increasing sales from relevant sectors and supporting client projects. Building relationships and collaborating with sales team members for optimal performance.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for increasing sales from relevant sector(s)
  • Working towards company and industry KPI’s
  • Supporting new and existing client projects and incoming sales enquiries
  • Visiting key accounts, prospects and exhibits throughout the UK and Western Europe
  • Sending price quotations, product samples and marketing literature to customers
  • Building long-term profitable relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Monitoring customer sales, identifying any significant evolutions and taking appropriate follow up actions
  • Communicating with customers to establish future product demand and planning supply
  • Identifying and creating profitable up selling opportunities
  • Supporting new product launches
  • Assisting in market research projects and targeted marketing campaigns
  • Answering incoming telephone calls politely, efficiently and effectively
  • Helping, supporting and covering the role of other Sales team colleagues
