Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the role of Performance Manager in the Meta Ads area.
Excellent German language skills (C2).
English skills are a plus (at least B2).
Confident, empathetic and transparent communication is part of your daily routine.
You have solid experience with Meta Ads.
Knowledge of email marketing and TikTok is a plus.
A/B testing and data-driven decision-making are natural to you.
With your professional and empathetic manner you succeed in building sustainable client relationships.
Organising and structuring analyses, clients and meetings is standard for you.
