Responsibilities
Partner with France-based hiring managers to define role requirements
Manage full-cycle recruitment for all roles in France
Build and maintain local talent pipelines through direct sourcing
Bring market insight on talent availability to support hiring decisions
Run effective screening and selection steps
Keep the ATS and hiring documentation accurate and up to date
Share regular pipeline updates, risks, and next steps with stakeholders
Monitor core recruiting metrics and suggest practical improvements
Own the job offer process in partnership with HR/People team
Contribute to France attraction and employer-brand activities
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency)
Good knowledge of the French talent market and practical sourcing approaches
Experience running end-to-end recruitment processes and managing multiple requisitions in parallel
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluency in French and professional working English
Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tooling
